Working in the Corporate world, Life Insurance industry, and real Estate World for many years and facing many challenges as a woman working in male dominated industries I was face with many challenges that I had to navigate myself through.  This led me to the challenge of survival skills.  I began searching for answers to solve my problem to researching and self-study as well as continuing education. 

 

These issues created in me the desire and passion to help others who may be facing the same challenges that I faced. Life can be difficult dealing with the everyday circumstance of work, family, health etc.  People feel the need to be completive in every situation leading them to feel that they must block others so they can be successful. Everyone has their own talent to shine and should use that to their advantage.  However oftentimes due to their own insecurities people tends to become hostile to others due to their own insecurities and doing all types of things to block others success. instead of using their own energy to succeed.    

I have faced all types of major challenges in my life but that's not the issue but that I have learn to navigate through them and now willing and able to help others, so they don't have to endure all the struggles that I went through.
